Registration fees

The registration fees will cover:
- admission to conference presentations
- registration kit including a printed copy of the Abstract book
- ice-breaker reception
- coffee breaks
- in-conference meals (three meals/day)
- poster reception
- in-conference field trip, which includes lunch and transportation
Note: Accommodation fees are not covered by registration fees and will be at the charge of participants. Fees for staying at the station or at the outfitter is about $35CDN per night. See the Venue & Accomodation page for info.
Bank transfers and credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation and refund policy
Written notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail (lauzon.luc@uqam.ca). All refunds will be made after the Conference. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all Conference registration refunds (60 CAD).
Please refer to the following dates for cancellation:
- By December 31, 2008: 80% refund of registration
- By January 31, 2009: 50% of refund of registration
- After January 31, 2009: no refund
